How to transition from being children of the Light to proclaimers of the Truth

In this dark world, believers are called upon to be lights on a hill – salt of the earth. They are meant to stand out – taste different – and sometimes accept the consequences. Rejection. Retribution. When a person steps out in faith, they can’t help but stand out in faith. And people living in darkness do not like to be exposed by a believer’s light and a proclamation of the Truth.

How can you transition from being children of Light to proclaimers of the Truth?

Praise and Proclaim Ministries launches outreach campaign in Redmond, WA

Praise and Proclaim Ministries received the joy and privilege to train members from Living Hope Lutheran Church in Redmond, Washington over the weekend. They braved the rain and stepped out in their faith to share their faith by going door-to-door to proclaim the gospel.

Building Outreach Momentum at Your Church

Is there no greater joy than being a member of a congregation that is actively sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in their community? Like-minded, passionate, and committed – it becomes a privilege to be associated with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ who have a heart-felt desire to fulfill the Great Commission.

The truth is that many Christians who have a zeal to reach the lost often feel isolated and alone in their own congregation.  And this even includes pastors.

At Praise and Proclaim Ministries, it is our prayer and privilege to help provide Christians with an opportunity to be what they have always desired to be – proclaimers of the gospel!  And when that happens – the Holy Spirit captures an infectious zeal that spreads throughout the congregation.

We call this building outreach momentum.

Praise and Proclaim Ministries leads teens to share the gospel in Houston

Praise and Proclaim Ministries concluded a three-day campaign to share the gospel door-to-door in five separate communities in Houston. Teenagers from California, Illinois, and Wisconsin traveled to Texas on their spring break to take part in this outreach campaign.

One of the greatest joys for our ministry is to train Christians and watch them step out in faith to share their faith with others. When teenagers are given the opportunity to be a part of an organized campaign and receive proper training, they are amazing at sharing the gospel!

This was especially true in Houston, TX!

Praise and Proclaim Ministries launches outreach campaign in Phoenix

Praise and Proclaim Ministries received the privilege of launching an outreach campaign in Peoria, Arizona on February 22-23.

Sponsored by the Board of Home Missions of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod in Milwaukee, WI, this outreach campaign gathered together mission leaders and pastors from California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Alaska. The intent was to introduce the approach and methodology of Praise and Proclaim Ministries, plus allow the mission leaders to personally experience the training by spending the day going door-to-door and sharing the gospel.

Praise and Proclaim Ministries teaches Christians the joy of sowing God’s Word

Ambassadors for Christ deliver a message of reconciliation to all people. The message centers on what Christ has already done for us on the cross. It is a proclamation of victory!

The Lord commissions believers in Christ to sow the seeds of the gospel. By embracing this role, Christians find joy and peace by leaving the results to Him.

Praise and Proclaim Ministries introduces a powerful approach to share the gospel

The purpose of Praise and Proclaim Ministries is to train Christians on how to share the gospel, so they may joyfully declare, “I can do this!”

But it doesn’t stop there!

We immediately provide a meaningful opportunity to exercise their training by organizing and conducting an outreach campaign in their own community. The results are amazing!

The One Word that Grants True Peace and Security

An ongoing battle between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Self is fought in the fields of our hearts.

A word exists that can end the prolonged battle. One word that can stop the carnage of war.

It is a word that runs contrary to our human nature — one that is prone to fight and defend our cause and preserve a misguided identity.

That word is “Surrender!”
